These terms accompany every arrangement we make. Your signed estimate is the agreement; these pages explain the ground it stands on.
Estimates and payment
Every arrangement begins with a written, itemised estimate. The quoted price is fixed once signed, except where you approve a change. A deposit secures the arrangements; balances may be spread over six months interest-free. Pre-paid funds are held in a protected trust and are transferable.
Changes and cancellation
You may change any arrangement up to the day of the service, with repricing approved by you first. If you cancel, completed work and third-party costs already committed are charged at cost; unperformed services and unused merchandise are fully refunded.
Our responsibilities
We conduct every service with licensed staff, hold required permits, and care for your loved one solely within our own premises. Florals are tied fresh on the day; substitutions of equal value are discussed with you if a stem is unavailable.
Resolving concerns
If anything falls short, tell us first — most concerns are put right within a day. Unresolved matters may be referred to the state funeral licensing board, whose details appear on every estimate.
